If you are playing frums for example, you may be triggering c3, but the actual drum sounds are in c2. What that means is, not all instruments make sounds with every key on the keyboard.
Make sure the instrument (presence) and the sound in the instrument, are actually mapped to the pitches you have recorded. Location: Somewhere in the swamps of Jersey.
